Dear Friends and Activists:
I have just now today filed with the FDA a petition based on the imminent health hazard caused by aspartame remaining on the market. By law, the FDA has a short time in which to respond to this petition, which was emailed to them this afternoon, Saturday, January 27, 2018, and mailed as hard copy on Monday, January 29, 2018.
The petition itself will be published verbatim very soon, and emailed to you as soon as it is published, but in the meantime, I am asking you to start to prepare your own letter to both of your US Senators and your Congress member, telling them about this Imminent Health Hazard FDA Petition, and asking them to set in motion the necessary requests for formal Senate and Congress hearings on the flawed FDA and on why aspartame's approval should be rescinded.
The crux of the petition pertains to the independent studies on aspartame showing its neurodegenerative harm vs. the industry studies that conceal its harm, the latter of which the FDA seems to prefer to back up its doing nothing to prevent the further harm from aspartame.
I am reminded of a conversation I had a few years ago in 2009 with an FDA official named Michael Delaney, who told me that keeping aspartame on the market was acceptable because "we have too many people, anyway."
This was an outright admission that the FDA wants to perpetuate aspartame as a true genocidal agent of biochemical warfare that the US wages on its own citizens, plus on those of all the nations that rubberstamped aspartame's approval after Donald Rumsfeld rammed the approval for aspartame through the FDA in 1981.
In view of the above breaking news developments, which are so serious that they may in fact result in partially overturning 4 decades of FDA corruption and lies about aspartame, I bring again your attention to my prior latest article:

By forwarding that URL and title to your friends, colleagues, and family, as well as posting it widely in social media, especially in Facebook groups that you believe will recognize its relevance, we will continue to build a base of Americans who are not willing to accept this genocidal mayhem further, and who are willing and able to write to their United States Senators and to their member of Congress, with the request that they in turn write to the FDA Commissioner, Scott Gottlieb, asking him to set in motion the rescinding of FDA approval for Aspartame, to lead to a complete withdrawal of this poison from the marketplace in the USA.
The FDA may have a long record of ignoring citizen's complaints and petitions, but they will not belligerently ignore strong letters from Senators that forward the well-informed and accurate concerns of their constituents!
